The Organizing Committee of the workshop of the International Ice Charting Working Group Data Assimilation Working Group together with the EU FP7 ICE-ARC Project held a workshop on Sea-Ice Modelling and Data Assimilation.
This was hosted by Mercator Océan at the Novotel Hotel in Toulouse.
38 peoples from nine countries all over Europe and Canada attended the two-days workshop focused on research and development related to numerical analysis and prediction – see photo of participants below.
