Abstracts: Please submit your abstracts online, this can be done after registration, until the deadline of the 31st October. Everyone should try to either give a talk, and/or present a poster on their work. If you’ve done a poster for a previous meeting, please bring it along (but add the abstract so we have the right number of boards).

The General Assembly will begin with a series of presentations before separating into Work Package discussion sessions on the second day. When registering please indicate which Work Package meeting you would like to attend. There will also be a poster session, please state if you will be providing a poster. The meeting will conclude with summary talks.

Directions from the airport
* Aerobus (30 minutes):
This bus goes from the airport to different parts of the city. To come to the hotel you have to stop in Plaça Catalunya, then take the metro line 1 (red line)until Marina and Once in Marina, walk four blocks going down the street and you will find the hotel on the left hand.
* Train (30 minutes):
Take the train at the airport until Passeig de Gràcia. In Passeig de Gràcia you have to change and take the metro line 4 (yellow line) until Bogatell. Once in Bogatell, you walk two blocks going down the street, and on the right hand you will find the hotel.
** The train station is in Terminal 2. If your flight arrives in Terminal 1 you have to take a bus from this terminal to the train station.**
* By taxi (20-30 minutes):
In front of the Terminal there is a taxi stop. The price from the airport to the hotel would be, always depending on the traffic, between 30.00€ and 40.00€.
